Fair comment, I can agree with that :-)

The output from PFSDefrag tends to point me in that direction with over 130
odd files being fragmented on some of me partitions (Internet one being a
bad one)(cache and emails stored on a dedicated partition)

060 with 64Megs fast running on a PowerFlyer FastATA Interface set to PIO5
(running at PIO4 due to the other drive connected as slave)

Thats one of the first things I thought of originally so I cleared all of
the cache out and removed the old visted urls log.. still took at least 15
seconds to get going (to the progress indicator bar, not actually loading)
- two months ago the complete V3.2 would be loaded in less than 5 seconds!
